I love this line and have several of their dresses in different styles. They make the best work clothes and suit my style and figure. When I saw this simpler style I was over the moon because honestly some of her shift dresses are a bit too structured for the workplace which makes them look too suit-like. When I put it on it seemed to fit anywhere, but as soon as I buttoned it up the cap sleeves became loose and awkward. So much so that I couldn't wear it to work. I sent it back and bought a different model instead.
