I was looking for a platform to use for sales force automation and I came across this product. I wanted something that could help me manage leads and prospects from a single interface. This product did just that. The user interface was intuitive and easy to navigate. It allowed me to create a number of campaigns and reports to see how the process was working. One thing I did find annoying though was the amount of clicks required to access certain parts of the application. For example, if I wanted to add a new lead, I needed to first login to the admin console, then navigate to the "leads" section, click on "new lead", enter the information, and then submit the lead. It would be great if the system could allow us to save these steps and perform them once, but perhaps thats just asking too much from such a small company.
