With kids growing so fast I wanted something I could PERHAPS get more than just a summer out of and this hay is IT! I got it last summer when my LO was 6 months old (see purple and teal). I loved that I could tighten the hat around her head and then the drawstring under her chin held it in place so the wind wouldn't blow it away or she would take it off. It was a little saggy so we had to fold the top brim over her face so she could see it but that didn't bother me at all.Fast forward 1 year (see photo of the pink jacket) it still fits her and she LOVES it it ! I still have room to loosen it up a little more, which I love. Maybe we can make another year out of it. She loves wearing hats so we don't have to force her to keep them on. The adjustable chin strap is great for pulling the hat on for all the adventures and the wind. It definitely fits her better now and isn't as saggy as it looked last year. The gray is a nice light gray colour. The material is nice and soft. It creases pretty easily, but it's a hat, so who cares. GET THIS HAT! The material is nice and soft.
