What a pity! I had to send them back because they run small. We've just bought two other Crocs models, both a size 13 (along with two other brands, both a size 13) but they were too small. I checked them to make sure they are the right size. The fingers were at the ends so they could not be used even for a short time. They look well made and typical of crocodiles due to the material they are made of. Easy to put on and take off. Adjustable Velcro closures.
