There were old sets of these rings from another manufacturer. I bent them slightly to better slide over the edge in my shower rail and the metal broke after years of water exposure. These seem to have a little more hook room. You don't have to bend down. It looks solid and really flat black, not bronze. It goes well with other surfaces in my bathroom. It's definitely hard to get an entire room flat black without dumping your life savings on Kohler or something. However, there is nothing more to say. Just buy it if you are interested. You will not regret it. If you've never had a double hook it's very easy to wash shower curtains with it and makes me more likely to do this more often so it's a win.
