Review on ISpring RCC7U 75GPD 6-Stage Under Sink Reverse Osmosis RO Drinking Water Filtration System And Ultimate Water Softener With UV Ultraviolet Light Filter by Derrick Lowell

I read the previous review and will admit I too experienced a couple leaky fittings but after reseating they were fine. As far as the UV on all the time, the description states a power supply and a flow switch should have been included in the package! Our first one worked just fine until we got a bad carbon filter the top came off of. I spring was only too ready to cover free all the problems their filter caused but at my age it was easier to simply have old style filters that had obvious mfg. problem replaced and buy new one. Original was 5 years old and I could no longer crawl into the cabinet I originally installed it in. It's still under there but on a panel attached to two #100 drawer slides so it can be pulled out for filter change. While we had the original and now the new we've never had a solid reading come out over 62 and that was because I could not change 6 month filters on time. Our present reading is right now 46 after 5 months and we're on a private well that reads in the high 400s. Sorry the lady had problems but being an avid DIYer I always expect something. I'm sure I spring helped her out, they have great service!P.S. I bought without UV filter 2nd time, used original. Both bought from Revain.
