Generally very poor quality construction. The finish is rough, the quality of the metal is poor and soft, the nail on the handle is literally a brass button, and the screw-on compressor's threads are actually encrusted. All of this is understandable considering it was a $15 "Made in America” awl. But the merchandise that arrived was literally defective and unusable; The cap covering the coil was completely glued on and there was no way to remove it without breaking it. I am returning this product for a refund. The quality of this product is so bad that I can't imagine it being useful for any of my projects.
