At $20, this item completely dominates the competition. You can tell that the manufacturer really cares about their product. You get excellent cooling with very quiet acoustics. I mean seriously, even at full speed with all the fans running at the same time you hardly hear anything from this unit and what's great is that it keeps the temperature down. I'd say 15-20 degrees Celsius at best, which is still important if your laptop's internal cooling system is pretty hot to begin with. Under load with my ROG Zephyrus I've never seen it climb above 80 degrees Celsius, which tells me it's doing its job. My laptop gets pretty hot no matter what, but that certainly helps keep it a few steps out of dangerous territory during intense workloads. As other customers have mentioned, with such a great value, it's going to be really hard to go wrong here. If your laptop gets really hot and you're on a budget, look no further than here.
