I love this product but when I received it the lid was very loose and a lot of product leaked into the ziplock bag and the ziplock bag was open so it was a huge mess to open. I lost a lot of product and it's not cheap. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time I thought it was just an accident, but now I don't think so. I guess I'll just have to buy from my stylist.
