I generally wear a medium size for everything. I'm 5ft 5" and between 145 and 150. I actually went for the XL size after reading the reviews as I don't like anything too tight around my body. I thought if this shirt gets wet at the beach. , I would find it easier to put on and take off with a larger size. When I tell you that XL looks like a small, I'm not kidding. When he arrived I could barely pull my shirt over my shoulders it was so tight. The size is sooooo wrong, I had to check the tag to see if they sent me my child size. The shirt is ok in length but it is SUPER tight and doesn't stretch at all.
