The ease of use is great for my small business which has only one employee who manages all debtors accounts in our city (population approx 80k).
I have not experienced any downsides yet but am optimistic that it will be fine once we start using this software as more users are added within each organization/debtor account owner area - i'm sure they'll help us out here! We're solving an issue where employees were manually entering data into multiple spreadsheets at different time intervals per debtor's payment cycle; now everything can happen through 1 platform so there isn't much worry about losing or misplacing information from previous steps taken during past cycles before sending over payments etc.).
