Constantly crumpled, although of good quality.
This arrived quickly but had two permanent creases/creases. I steamed it, ironed it, but it still remained crumpled and unusable. A few days after his arrival he was needed for an event. There was no time to return it and get a new one. Without these creases the quality would be fine.
