Expensive and anti-consumer
Nespresso is great and they keep getting better, but they still use proprietary technology to restrict the consumer to only buying Nespresso products. I can't afford it and I can't support an anti-consumer mindset. I have a family and I don't have the money to keep buying Nespresso capsules. They need to open up to other companies to make alternative mugs like Keurig.
