When I first received the package I was surprised at how damaged the box itself looked. When I opened everything up, the RGB fan remote was not in my accessory bag. Well, that's something you can handle with software. The metal backplate wasn't attached, and then I noticed that none of the ports were even close to where they lined up. I opened the glass pane and saw that the whole structure was bowed. I downloaded it for the first time, went through the windows setup. All this time this computer froze and became unresponsive. After doing all the settings, I had the computer upgraded to Windows 10. The next morning I tried to turn on the computer, but it wouldn't even boot properly. could make and send back. So I really wanted this computer so I contacted Amazon to do an exchange and that's when I was told I couldn't exchange the product, that I had to return it and wait up to 3-5 business days to get a refund like that to receive a refund.
