Review on Synthetic engine oil Lukoil 5w40 Genesis Armortech synth 4l by Micha Jakubek ᠌

Terrible quality, a waste of money.

Again, we've heard some negative feedback about Ours. My Subaru Forester has 245k miles on it and I've always used Hado 5/40 (no, I'm not paying for the endorsement), but I made the decision to switch to po-synthetics this year due to the mileage and the fact that Hado is harder to come by in some regions and Lukoil is a little cheaper. I ordered two 4-liter canisters because I travel a long distance and my engine uses a lot of oil ($1200 per canister). The oil was with a share, in the general amount of $2,000, and when I registered the canisters' codes on Lukoil's off site, they returned the codes to my phone. Unlike refined sunflower oil, which is thicker, this oil is extremely thin. Thus, the first shock was that, despite not having checked the oil level at all with the same oil before 1000 km, after 600 km of driving down the highway at a speed of 90-100, the dipstick turned out to be Dry. Therefore, I took the full "reserve" of Lukoil and left it in Adygea and at the shore during the May holidays. The math was easy: 2022 kilometers equaled 4 liters of Lukoil, while Khada consumed at least half that amount. By the way, a friend of mine had the identical image on a freshly rebuilt engine; after switching to Liquid Moli and maintaining a steady diet, Lukoil quickly got over his initial shock. By the way, something never before seen occurred with Lukoil: sweating pipes in the turbine area. The old oil in the Lukoil engine seemed to stretch (not like honey, of course) or something more viscous came out when I put the very last drips (the final ones, so to speak) into the engine. I did the oil change myself, and I have never seen anything like the Lukoil that leaked out, which was thick and bubbly like antifreeze. Use your own judgment.

Pros
  • Nothing
Cons
  • Too flimsy; it will go out in three times the time of a similar one.
