Review on ๐Ÿ‰ Dragon Cooling Fan for Wii Mini by Scott Gafur

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Yes, it works with cooling systems

First off, the Wii doesn't usually need a fan as it's internal. I bought it because my Wii's fan stopped working. If you find yourself in this situation and don't want to risk opening your Wii to fix the problem, this is the next best thing. Good air circulation. It's a bit noisy, but you probably won't notice it if it's across from you. It turns off when you turn off the Wii, but not when you just put the Wii to sleep. You must turn off the Wii completely until the power indicator turns red or turns off completely. However, you can turn off the fan with the switch on the back. However, this is not a crucial factor. The form factor is good. It plugs into both USB ports on the back of the Wii, but it also has two USB ports so you can still connect other devices. It fits very tightly to the back panel and doesn't come loose easily thanks to these double connections. . The back is also shaped to match the ventilation grille on the back of the Wii. Not displayed on either side. The only downside is that its body juts out too far, making it difficult to connect some third-party video adapters, such as e.g. B. an HDMI adapter, can interfere. I had to shave off some of the plastic on the bottom to make both fit securely. Keep this in mind if you intend to use anything other than the standard video cables on your Wii. Aside from a minor concern about its size and the inability to turn it off without manually turning off the Wii or the fan, and the fact that you don't really need it unless the original Wii fan breaks, it does, what it's supposed to be, and that's it, oh, as I ask.
