100% Pure White BEESWAX Pellets - 1 Lb Bag Review

I was nervous about purchasing Beeswax pellets online as I've read so many negative reviews from other sellers about a "strange unpleasant smell." I took a chance with this seller and I'm so glad I did! They arrived quickly and have almost ZERO odor. Definitely nothing unpleasant. If anything, I think there might be a very, very faint honey-like smell to them. Extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely be purchasing again from this seller.

I make my own body butters and salves and find this beeswax melts evenly and isn't too sticky. There is minimal smell so it carries essential oils very well.

I used this to make candles and lip balm. Great. Clean product, no debris mixed in. The resealable bag is very handy. Can be difficult to mix with other types of wax for a unique melt!

Although I have had no problem with the yellow wax pellets from the same company, this bag of of white wax pellets had the same off-putting scent described in other reviews. The scent overpowered the scents of essential oils, shea butter, coconut oil, and almond oil which I added to this wax in making a homemade lotion. I will not be purchasing again.

I used these to make lotion bars. I love the clean look that the white pellets provide together with the Shea Butter and coconut oil. Much better than the yellow pellets I have used in the past. They did not have an offensive scent as mentioned by others. I will use them again.

Exactly what I wanted.haven't used it yet so I'm not sure about the quality yet,which is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars,But it came in good time and looks good so far.

Love that these comes in white and are of such high quality (versus the beeswax I picked up at a local organic grocery store, which was not nearly as awesome as it re-hardened). Absolutely nothing to complain about here though!

I have never bought beeswax before, so I have no idea if there is a bad beeswax. But this beeswax melted just fine. It was clear and didn't have an odor. I used it to max lip balm and I melted it in a slow cooker. It was a good price compared to other places I looked. I bought it through Walmart.

I really like this bees wax! It's so hard to find it here in NYC in shops, because i haven't really found a lot of specialty candle shops. I use this wax to make my own salves and soaps and it works really well. The fact that it's not colored gives me a lot of leeway with other ingredient that are, because it makes the others less pigmented.One thing I wished, though, was that it had more of a natural smell. I use this in my Arthritis salve and heat it slowly in a double boiler just until melted with coconut oil, Shea butter and either Vitamin E oil or Olive oil, and the salve cools off to a beautiful soft and silky texture which is perfect for massaging my warming salve into sore joints and muscles. Adequate wax for general purpose use. I use it for making sections of tissues to be mounted on microscope slides. The tissue sample has to be suspended in something in order to shave a thin enough sample to look through. This wax works but something that hardens more after cooling would be better.

Trying to make candles but this wax smells horrible. Melted it, aired it out—nothing got rid of the stench. Otherwise a good product (melting, looks like it should dry white) but useless for making candles that will smell good.

Purchased this for making deoderants/lip balms. I like the pellet form as it is easier to melt down. This wax is great because it is colorless, and odorless.
