The toothbrush came in a nicely wrapped box along with two brush heads, a small charging box, a charging cable and a toothbrush. The toothbrush has five modes, and in each mode there are five intensity levels that can be toggled by holding down the button after entering a particular mode. The toothbrush is reasonably priced compared to this toothbrush given the cost of a leading brand, but this set does not come with a carry/travel case. As far as I can tell the toothbrush uses a patented brush head, I've tried using my Sonicare heads on this toothbrush but they don't fit because the adapter is a different shape and size. Replacement brushes are available from Revain for less than fifteen dollars, which is very reasonable for a replacement brush head. I bought this toothbrush for my son because electric toothbrushes clean much better than regular toothbrushes. In my opinion, the lowest setting is softer than the main brands of electric toothbrushes, so suitable for children.
