5 year old loves it
My 5 year old asked for a scarf. I wanted one that wouldn't choke her if it got caught on something, but also wouldn't have to constantly rework. This one is perfect! It has a slit through which the tail protrudes. It stays in place well, but is also easy to remove. I bought the navy blue and the brown for my boys and they match the color exactly, soft, warm and fluffy. Perfect for my 5 year olds but I would say we can get another 1 year out of them. May be. Definitely too small for a 7 year old.
