Absolutely DIFFERENT!
If I could give a minus star, I would. However, the "ink" insert works well and, as advertised, is easy to remove when heated. However, these pens come as refills with four "pen holders" that you must insert the refill into. It's garbage. The lead does not stay in the pen holder at all. So I just use the replenishment part by itself. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
