I'm a size 8 and ordered a size 8, too big. Socks help, but you can't do without socks. I was going to wear them to run errands etc. but the bodice is all wrinkled, large dents will not iron out. The upper is made of very thin mesh and when it's that crumpled up they're just too ugly to wear anywhere. Now they are indoors only in shoes and only in socks. Also, they are not as light as I had hoped. I'm furious that I spent so much money on shoes that I wouldn't normally spend $5 on when I first see them. UPDATE: I need to eat Humble Pie. I really liked this shoe. The top is still wrinkled and they are still too big to wear without socks. But they are really comfortable and keep my cold feet warm. I like that the shoe's upper covers more of the foot than most clogs. The lining doesn't stretch when I take them off and two strangers stop and ask where I got them. Each time they seem better and better to me. I would give them five stars now if it wasn't for the crumpled top.
