So, first thoughts as I unboxed it. soft as butter! It's very stretchy but will hold its shape and won't stretch when you pull on it. It's not quite cropped, but it's definitely higher than the standard top. It hits me right on the belly button so high waisted leggings are fine. I don't like showing my stomach but I find this top flatteringly hugs my waist no matter the length. I sweat a lot during exercise and while I don't care if I look like a wreck, it's worth noting that this material shows every drop of sweat/water/fluid. You won't be able to hide your sweat in it (at least not in the colors I bought! Black could be better?) As you can see from the photos, I was a sweaty post-workout mess. The top took a long time to dry even after I took it off. So it doesn't dry out quickly. Again, I don't care, but if you don't want your clothes to show sweat or are looking for something that you can easily find in the store after a workout and it's not obvious you've just worked out, this is it not one. Overall, the fit and quality are absolutely worth the price. But if you're looking for a sweat-wicking top that won't show sweat, this isn't it. Can be great for low intensity workouts, yoga or a nice sports top!
