Awesome knives and block

These knives are sturdy and very sharp. I knew the knives were special when I could slice a ripe tomato paper thin. The blades hold their sharpness after repeated use. The block design is simple, unobtrusive, and will hold additional knives. I currently have 8 knives in my block in addition to the poultry shears. One of the best purchases I have made for my kitchen. Highly recommended.
