I had to buy them with fins, they are much easier to put on and take off than standard harnesses. When I get to the boat, after a few seconds the fins turn off and I climb up the ladder. Ditto for getting ready for the water, you don't have to sit in a boat with heavy scuba gear trying to adjust fins properly. With dive boots it doesn't cut into the heel at all, probably won't use them barefoot, just with boots. Easy to install, just follow the instructions in the box.
