Review on 💦 Scosche Rhythm24: The Ultimate Waterproof Armband HRM with Dual Band ANT+ and BLE Bluetooth Smart by Renee Davis

This is exactly why I refrained from writing a product review in the first 3 months of using this product (Rhythm 24). It stopped working after only 3 months (purchased on November 9, 2018)! The problem I'm having now is that the main unit won't charge when placed in the charging cradle. After 2 hours of flashing red expecting it to turn blue, it didn't. When I took it out of the holder to try and turn it on. It will turn on. It gave me 3 quick red flashes but wouldn't turn on. Tried various USB charging including via PC USB port; Bad luck. I've tried contacting Scosche via live chat and email. No Answer. Tried searching the web for errors; Nothing. No support. There are no FAQs. Nothing. Basically, this product has ZERO support! However, the app ecosystem is also extremely limited; I used it over ANT+ for Zwifting while it worked for the first few months. Let's see if their warranty and claims process lives up to what they call (the best!) while I prepare to ship the device from the other side of the world. back to California, USA at own expense. Even though it worked, it worked as advertised. in most cases (sometimes the connection via ANT+ and BT was lost). Nothing special, although I found the recording feature USELESS because I could never easily upload the data and import it into any of the learning portals like Strava and Garmin. In general. by price. RUN FROM THIS PRODUCT! If it was half the price I might be taking a chance due to the unreliability and lack of support.
