I've been taking this on short road trips and also using it on my hour commute to work every day. It definitely keeps things cold or frozen if needed! It kept my frozen items frozen during a long day after grocery shopping and I couldn't go home immediately.I cannot review how well it works when the vehicle is off, because my battery shuts off when the car is off, but it works wonders when driving around all day. I can't wait to use it for a long road trip! My brother uses it in his room as a mini fridge when I don't take it out lol. He loves it toom
