This company is engaging in deceptive business practices and I recommend Amazon remove this product. I bought a white towel rail and only have one left. The rack arrived and when I assembled it I found that it had been used due to surface chipping. There was nothing on the order page to indicate it had been used. I really liked the towel rail but one detail was missing and I contacted the manufacturer via the order page. No one answered until my third try, and the response was both rude and weird. They wanted me to dissect and photograph every detail. I wrote again because the part could be easily identified from my description. The fourth answer was even stranger, they took no responsibility for the product although they were clearly the contact person for the product. The bottom line is that this company does not replace defective parts and is not responsible for the product. Let the buyer beware
