I love this tape! This is ideal when you want a tape that doesn't have a strong adhesive so you can remove it easily without leaving a residue. I've used this to stick notes on my wall without worrying about the stickiness left after removal. I used it for crafts - it sticks well to paper but comes off easily. It doesn't stick well when wet. It is ideal for temporary bonding. I think that belongs in every tool box. You'll find the perfect use for it and be glad you have it. This is a thinner band so don't expect anything thick. It can be easily cut with scissors. The color is off-white, not pure white.
