Narrow foot: order 2 1/2 sizes up
I usually wear 9N to AAA (just for narrow heel and low midfoot volume), otherwise case, ball of foot a true 9N on the Brannock -Device leaving about a quarter of an inch for the toes. As you can see, at 10.5N my toe is almost painfully maxed out. I don't think they will stretch much because they are lined. ALSO the rubber outsole gets in the way under the instep of the big toe. You can see my thumb resting on the rubber base. I'm an adult ballroom dancer and I work by pressing on the inside of my big toe and it's just really uncomfortable. I'm trying 11 I'm afraid it might feel too loose.
