Oh God. - Legacy Laptops

Me and my dad bought this for my mom to replace her small Asus Chromebook. What a nightmare. First, it's big and beautiful. But it's slow. Your pages didn't load at all, and that was with enough internet. Everyone else in the house burned. However, it wasn't her. I think this computer has a processing problem. Maybe the motherboard or graphics card is crappy. But I don't know if it's a lemon or a general problem. But I would return it if it hadn't already expired. Wouldn't get any more.
