Doesn't hold up well

Tried using this to rivet the main link of the 525 chain but the pins in the main link were stronger than the riveting tool. The riveting tool actually deformed the pin, not expanded it. I'm going to buy a simple clip style link as I should have from the start and forget about the flare pins.

Pros
