I like that these hinge apart and snap back together easily and can hold both a liner and outer curtain. Additionally, the oval design and rollers make for an easy transition from the smaller to larger diameter portion of my tension-mounted shower curtain rod. I've been extremely frustrated in the past with the regular hook-style getting caught or jumping off the rod at that joint. I appreciate the look of the polished bronze finish; it blends with the bronze finish on my rod very well. Essentially, my only complaint is that I'd prefer the look of a larger gage. which would likely cost significantly more money. Bottom line, these are generally unremarkable-looking but are reasonably priced and extremely workable.
