I liked that this set glows in the dark and that's where my praise ends. When I received the box, I noticed that it was too small to hold 150 building kits, which are capable of building structures for even the smallest child. Upon opening the box, I noticed how flimsy and brittle both the rods and connectors were. Consistent with my concerns, a cautious attempt to connect the rod and connecting ball resulted in several rods being damaged and failing to connect about 40% of the time. We have another set also 150 pieces with strong connectors and poles that our son lives on but a new set is needed. Turns out the wands in this set are nothing more than long disposable straws. At least that's what it looks and feels like. I will be returning this set as soon as possible. lee
