OpenForms is a product that is very flexible, and the developers have a very good way to work. I have nothing to dislike. I have used OpenForms to have a good way to have online applications. The interface of openforms could be improved by adding more options in some areas such as creating forms with multiple sections (i.e., section 1 has one question but you want another set up). It helps us keep track of our work orders so we know when they have been completed etc.
