Review on Tosuny 100KHz-1.7Ghz Rtl-sdr Receiver: Full-Band Software Radio HF FM AM RTL-SDR Receiver with Antenna for Decoding Unencrypted Digital Voice Transmissions by Mike Bogan

I downloaded the HDSDR to control the radio but so far I can't hear ANYTHING on any frequency. By the way, it doesn't matter if the radio is connected or not. HDSDR "pretends" that there are no signals. I understand there is NO documentation and a lot to learn, but after 4 hours I gave up. If I don't get SOMETHING with it, I'll have to reconsider my rating at some point. I changed my rating to 3 stars since I got it working with my Samsung tablet. It's difficult to set up and I had to buy a special OTG cable to connect it.
