Kids Country Capri Tights
Can be worn UNDER other clothing (dresses, skirts, shorts etc.). They are good quality and nice bright colors that matched what was on my monitor. They fit well and wash well. Worth the price. Tights are almost essential in our home and I will buy this brand again.
