I received my bracelet and the chain was too long and the bracelet was flipped and the information on the back of the bracelet kept flipping to show my personal information for those who didn't need to know. So I ordered the next chain in a smaller size and it was too small and I couldn't attach the bracelet. So now I do NOT have a bracelet and may need to go to a jeweler to see if they can shorten the long chain to fit me. Getting this bracelet to fit my wrist properly was a frustrating experience. Maybe NECKLACE medical alert is the best way.
