I bought these for my six and a half month old who has been eating solid food for about 7 weeks (almost five months). So far she has eaten a variety of vegetables as well as some oatmeal, but we have only introduced her to bananas for the fruit. We wanted to introduce veggies first so she learns to love them before eating fruit regularly. I've been looking for vegetarian combo foods to give her since she's combo ready, but most of these are fruit and veg combo foods. I bought this to give her combination food that is not sweetened with fruit. I also like this brand because they are flavored with garlic. Our pediatrician loves it when we introduce spices (but not salt or sugar) so she can get used to the way we serve food. This will greatly facilitate the transition to table dishes. So far my daughter loves it! They expire after about 9 months from receipt and the texture was smooth.
