In 2011 I bought my wife a Driver 8 bag which she used every day to carry heavy books to uni. Once a year I had to take the wheels off to clean them of the hair that had accumulated around the axle, but after that they were like new. After six years of heavy use, the main compartment zipper broke, recalled the lifetime warranty and sent it back to JanSport for repair. You don't need an RMA, just fill out the form on their website and send a copy with the broken bag. The woman cleaned. and I received the box and sent it to the address provided. Two weeks later I get a message saying they can't fix and they usually issue a new bag but they are the wrong color. I got a voucher for the current price for the same bag and got a new one. It didn't cost me anything. At the same time the new bag arrived there was a small padded envelope in the mail from JanSport with small keys which my wife had overlooked while cleaning the old bag. She hadn't gone back to college yet, so she didn't miss her. She was very happy that the people at JanSport were kind enough to return her. What great customer service! It is highly recommended to use the JanSport and Driver 8 bag.
