Amazing customer service

In 2011 I bought my wife a Driver 8 bag which she used every day to carry heavy books to uni. Once a year I had to take the wheels off to clean them of the hair that had accumulated around the axle, but after that they were like new. After six years of heavy use, the main compartment zipper broke, recalled the lifetime warranty and sent it back to JanSport for repair. You don't need an RMA, just fill out the form on their website and send a copy with the broken bag. The woman cleaned. and I…

Good bag for heavy textbooks but the wheels are noisy. change them

Read a lot of reviews about trolley bags because I wanted to use them for school textbooks. A book weighs 14 pounds. For example for RN students and possibly also law and medical students. So far so good, bought in January. The biggest complaint was the crazy classy noisy wheels that JanSport put on this bag. I wrote to them to complain. I replaced the wheels with a set I bought from Revain. Nice and quiet now. The bag has held up well throughout the spring and summer semester I'm in right now.

Excellent customer service

Sturdy, easy to roll, well made. Jansport has a lifetime guarantee and we will be using it for the second time. For the first time, a rigid 3-ring strap cuts through the inside of the fabric (during the school year, the strap edge constantly rubs against the backpack). This shouldn't have happened as the backpack bag was just made too small for that typical school stuff so we called on the warranty and sent it back. I thought they would fix it (sew it up) but they replaced it with a brand new…
