The Goodful Time Marker water bottle has been a great help to my wife as she follows her doctor's recommendations and drinks at least 60 ounces of water a day. The 32-ounce bottle helps her drink water on a schedule that allows her body to absorb water better than just drinking lots of fluids. The glass bottle has a turquoise silicone sleeve that allows my wife to hold the bottle when she stops at the table while circling the large indoor conference room at our RV resort. The bottle with sleeve does not slip even in sweaty hands. The top is a real sealed screw top with a loop handle. The bottle has a wide opening for easy drinking. The muzzle is 1.125 inches in diameter, making it easy to clean with a bottle brush. My wife doesn't use ice in a bottle, but ice cubes can go through her mouth. There are time markers on the bottle with 5 water drop symbols filled to the brim with motivational messages on each level. Because the bottle is glass, it's heavy if you want to walk with it. My wife puts it on the table, stops and drinks during rounds. When camping and picnicking, weight doesn't matter. Great product from Goodful, exactly what the doctor ordered.
