UPDATE, WITH CISTEEN MALL I COULD ORDER REPLACEMENT FILES, I liked the pencil, it's the 3rdone I've tried and so far the best, long clubs, precise accuracy, decent materials except the springs are very thin brittle plastic and the metal knot breaks very easily and you are basically unlucky with the 2 spare springs supplied, there is a difference between the two types of springs - the ones available are threaded inside the junction where they , as in this case, lying outside the junction, I could not answer.
