Here are some of the issues I encountered: - soft keys that are very difficult to press - the stand is misaligned and very thin. Zugu customer since 2010. Our family has bought at least a dozen Zugu suitcases. This case is terrible! The front flap is on the right side, not the top, and closes at an angle to keep the iPad from going to sleep and draining the battery when I need it. The case is super heavy. The pencil has connection problems. I need to move the top of the case to make contact with the pen charger. I expect perfection from Zugu. Not even close. Beware of Zugu 2021. It's not the same at all. BOOO!

Just received it... Time for a review! I was excited to finally get my Zugu case. Especially since I had one for my 2018 11" IPP. The case has held up well and it was stupid to buy this version for my 2021 12.9" IPP. Packing: Good packing. The box had a few scuffs and dents. Nothing unusual.
