Compared to previous versions of the ZUGU case, this one seems a lot cheaper. Here are some of the issues I encountered: - soft keys that are very difficult to press - the stand is misaligned and very thin. The material covering the Apple Pencil Charger is very thick and will not charge the Pencil properly. I got a new Apple Pencil for my new iPad and it's not charging all the time. I have to remove the case to fully charge the pen. It's not ideal, especially when I have to do a lot of penciling outside. - The cover does not fit the iPad screen well. It slides a lot and doesn't stay in place.
