I've had no issues with other reviewers' wall anchors but that doesn't stop this product from being cheap. The part attached to the wall actually has 8 wall plugs and 8 screws. So far, so good. This part is definitely solid and reliable. My problems started when I slid the shelves onto the wall mount. Of the 3 shelves, 2 didn't fit the screws that were supposed to secure the shelves from below. As I screwed them in, I heard a pop and pop. I removed one spine to inspect and saw that the insides of the spine were beginning to unravel at the edges. All I could do was glue the wood and screw it back on since I already had the wall mount. The shelves wobble because of the misaligned screws and the cheap materials they're made of, but they're strong enough to hold what I need without sagging.
