Fits my phone I didn't like what I had before because the flexible arm was too long. This one goes well with my truck. I haven't used the vent mount, I like the way it's attached to the dash and if you need to adjust it it can be removed with dental floss then soaked in warm water and glued back on. Use a small clip/tape on the mount and simply place it under the crook of your arm to hold it in place without gluing it to the dashboard. but I think if you want him not to giggle at all, that's probably fine. As long as it suits me I have an iPhone 11 with a thick otter case and it stays in place. I would recommend it.
