I bought 3 of these. I was able to successfully install one so that it doesn't move. The first installed with no problems. Second, the 3M double-sided tape didn't stick well, so I wiped it off with rubbing alcohol and tried again with the third and final 3M double-sided tape. It didn't stick well. There are screws that attach the cord to the back of the bedside table, but without the tape it shifts when you pull the cord out. Attach the tape. Prepare an alcohol swab. Provide a second/backup tape sample. Anything to improve the chances of a successful ride. Considering the $40 price point, this seems like a small addition.
