Review on 🖨️ Sabrent USB 2.0 to DB25 IEEE-1284 Parallel Printer Cable Adapter with THUMBSCREWS Connectors by James Ramirez

We have an old 1998 HP LaserJet printer that we are keeping because it still works. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the Windows XP desktop it was attached to, which was purchased in 2002 and was in dire need of retirement. It was just the cable we needed to use this printer with a Windows 10 laptop. We plugged it in, turned on the printer and within a minute Windows automatically registered it as a working printer and it was up and running. I'm amazed it was that easy as I expected to at least have to search the internet for drivers. Very impressive. The cable has a DB-25 connector on one end and a USB connector on the other end, which is what we want. Before buying I checked out my local Fry's electronics store and they sold almost every possible combination of cables, adapters and gender bends, but not this one.
