Looks and feels solid and the tablet part works perfectly. Right out of the box, the standard keyboard and mouse don't work and appear to be locked with no way to fix the problem. HP Support did nothing to help the other Supervisor rep (no offense), but the reps must be in your service area. Went through their entire list of fixes from what is probably a standard fix to the latest option to reset g windows and everything else only to have it reset at 43 percent for almost 30 minutes and still the little ring closed turn. Anyone ordering this computer can simply order a brick and check it out!
