So I drank up the Kool-Aid review and bought it to add some brightness to my 2004 Ford F-150 fog lights. After installation I noticed the following: 1. The brightness is good. I have a couple of lights from Baja Designs so they didn't blow me away but the brightness for $10 a bulb was good.2. The color temperature wasn't that great. It's a pretty "blue" white LED, which I don't think is ideal. But then I looked at the pattern and here is my problem. The beam is garbage and has 0 focus or control. I parked my truck in front of the garage door and turned on the fog lights. The OEM halogen glowed wide and had a hard line stop about 3ft from my door where the beam was focused and clipped. This is important for two reasons. 1. Keep the light where you want it and 2. Keep the stray light away from oncoming traffic. So, auxito light? He sent light to the sides, up, down and everywhere. Being only a few feet from my garage door, it almost reached the top of my 7ft door and was actually less useful than the old OEM halogen because it wasn't focused. Finally, if you know nothing about light and think LED is always better, think more blue light is brighter light, and think bright light is good in other drivers' eyes; Buy it. If you really want a lamp that's better than the original and useful, keep buying.
